Awesome place with its excellent wi-fi, rooftop pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with sim cards during my first stay, which I appreciated. I recommend you try the breakfast buffet! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t functioning effectively, which made the nights quite uncomfortable. noise from the nearby bar area was disruptive during late hours, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Lastly, while the breakfast options were extensive and delicious, I found the limited dining choices available at night rather disappointing.

Durban vibes 🌊
Phumeza and Ayanda seriously came through, got us a cheeky upgrade to a super room, and that made my day! The place was so clean and the bed was lekker comfy. Breakfast was on point too! And big shoutout to the friendly porter, such a gem!
Just annoyed that the phone in the room didn’t work, could’ve done with that for room service when it got late.
